Jag åt en dyr, och som jag tyckte, väldigt salt soppa på en fin/dyr restaurang i Sthlm för ett tag sedan men tyvärr vågade jag inte säga till… Och soppan var helt slät trots att det stod ”Fisk- och skaldjurssoppa a la ”Restaurangens namn” ”. Då blev jag så osäker; är det så här rätten ska vara och smaka? Hmm… Jag har aldrig ätit en sådan slags soppa utan några bitar i. Dumt nog frågade jag inte :(. (En annan gäst tittade också lite konstigt i sin soppa av samma sort). Nu frågar jag alltid innan om soppan är helt slät och får ofta en frågande blick till svar men det gör inget ;).

Ibland är den ”slät” skulle gissa att det var en variant på sk. bisque.
